MY STORY

Welcome to Aura and Sage. I am Chrissy and I am so honoured that you are here.

I created this space as a home for women who are navigating the real and often messy chapters of midlife. My work blends astrology, embodiment and intuitive soul work to support you as you move through the shifts that change you from the inside out.

My story is not all soft edges and sunshine. Like many of us my path was shaped by a dark night of the soul. When I had my first child at 28, an old mother wound resurfaced, and my Saturn return pulled apart every identity I had been carrying. I was living the responsible 'good girl' life, yet it was not the path my soul was craving.

That unraveling led me through a divorce and into the complicated world of co parenting-a chapter that still stretches my heart today. And in the midst of all of this, I found astrology. I was already teaching yoga and using tarot and oracle cards for guidance so looking to the sky felt like the next natural doorway.

Once I began studying astrology it felt like someone had put the missing pieces back into place. (Years later I learnt women in my ancestry studied astrology in secret as it was taboo to Catholicism). I continued primary school teaching, but my heart and curiosity were always orbiting the cosmos. Eventually that inner pull became impossible to ignore and I stepped into a new path... a path that felt like mine.

Motherhood kept reshaping me and astrology gave me the language to understand the deeper currents of my healing. It became the bridge between my inner world and my lived experience and it supported every corner of my life.

A Pisces Moon and North Node in the sixth house guides me toward empathy intuition and soul wisdom through service.

A beautiful trine to my Cancer Midheaven with Chiron and Mars inspires me to lead through nurturing and healing as I move from wounded-healer to teacher-healer.

Mercury in Gemini gifts me the ability to translate astrology into grounded practical language so women can actually use it.

And to my core: My Taurus Sun conjunct Venus in the 8th house (Scorpionic house) anchors me in embodiment, transformation, rebirth and personal power while they oppose my natal Pluto. This means I am here to transform through the human experience (the body) and I am a catalyst for others rising through their own cycles of becoming.

The stars do not lie.

My chart is my medicine and now it is part of the medicine I offer others.

I love working with women who understand the layers of life. Women who have moved through marriage or divorce, motherhood or co parenting, career shifts, identity awakenings and the quiet inner knowing that something is changing. Women who are curious about who they are becoming.

Many find me when they feel stretched thin unsure of their next step or aware of a shift they can no longer dismiss. They stay because they feel safe seen understood and supported in a way they did not expect.

I am here to hold space for the emotional, energetic and spiritual layers of your human experience so they make sense instead of feeling overwhelming.
