General Astrology
What is a Birth (Natal) Chart?
Your natal chart is a cosmic snapshot of the sky the moment you entered the world. It maps your personality patterns, strengths, challenges, desires and potential. It shows where you’re headed, why you experience certain inner conflicts, and what your soul came here to learn and evolve. It is your cosmic map.
What happens in a Reading?
Our sessions are deep, intuitive conversations.
We explore:
• your personality patterns (both shadow + light)
• relationship needs
• your inner emotional world
• past-life imprints
• soul purpose + direction
• gifts, challenges and evolutionary themes
The beauty is in the rich dialogue between us, where your chart comes alive through your lived experience.
Do I need an exact birth time?
Yes. Your birth time determines your chart’s house placements, which show where life themes show up (eg. career, relationships, health, home life etc.)
If you’re unsure, try contacting the hospital, checking baby books or asking family members.
Do you provide written summaries?
I don’t. Astrology is a conversational, intuitive, embodied experience. Written summaries tend to flatten the meaning. The audio recording captures the nuance, timing and depth far better.
How does astrology actually work?

Astrology is the language of energy. Each planet carries a specific vibration and your birth chart shows how those energies imprint on your soul, personality and life themes. You don’t need to “believe” in astrology. Rather it's a tool that helps you make sense of cycles, emotions, transitions and moments of change. Many clients tell me the real magic is how understanding their astrology makes them feel... seen, understood and like someone was clearly articulating what they’ve been living inside.
What’s the difference between a
Natal Chart Reading and an Astrology Reading?
Natal Chart Reading - focuses solely on your birth chart.
Astrology Reading - looks at your natal chart and the current planetary transits influencing your life right now.
If you want to understand “what’s happening in my life right now and where is it going?” → choose Astrology Reading.
If you want to understand “who am I at a soul level?” → choose Natal Chart Reading.

How are sessions conducted?
All sessions are held on Zoom and include an audio recording that you can download and revisit anytime.
Please download the recording within 30 days for privacy reasons.
Preparing for Your Session
What do I need to prepare?
• Birth date, birth time (exact if possible) and birth location
• Any intentions, questions or life areas you want clarity around
• An open heart and comfortable space
You’re welcome to take notes during your session.
What if I don’t know what to ask?
That’s normal. Many people arrive feeling foggy or overwhelmed, especially in mid-life or when going through something big.
Your chart will guide us organically.
You don’t need to prepare anything.

Do you offer follow-up sessions?
Yes absolutely! Many clients return every 6–12 months for a deeper integration reading or a life-update session as new cycles unfold.

Some clients also like to book a follow-up within a few weeks of their main reading to explore a particular theme more closely such as relationships, purpose, career shifts, emotional patterns or mid-life transitions.

You’re welcome to book additional sessions anytime through Book Online and returning astrology clients receive 10% off follow-ups with the code RETURNCLIENT (applies only if you’ve already had your initial astrology reading with me).

Packages & Ongoing Support
What is the 3-Session Integration Journey?
It’s a 2-month supportive pathway that includes your 90-minute Astrology Reading plus two 45-minute follow-up sessions.
It’s designed for women wanting ongoing clarity, guidance, and integration after their initial reading.
Do I need to book the initial Astrology Reading first?
No. The first session of the package is your 90-minute Astrology Reading, so you don’t need to book anything separately.
How long do I have to use all three sessions?
The journey runs over 2 months, and all sessions must be used within 8 weeks of your first appointment unless otherwise arranged.
What if I need to reschedule one of the sessions?
The same 24-hour policy applies.
Sessions cancelled within 24 hours or missed are non-refundable.
You can reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice.
Is this better than just booking one reading?
If you’re moving through a big transition, feeling overwhelmed, or want support while things are shifting, the 3-session journey gives you more grounding, accountability, and clarity over time.
A single reading gives you insight, this journey gives you integration.

Is this program religious?
No. Astrology is used as a framework for understanding life cycles, not as a belief system. All spiritual backgrounds are welcome.
Do I need prior personal development experience or astrology knowledge?
Not at all. The program is designed for women at all levels. Everything is explained simply, practically, and gently.
Is this therapy?
No. Cosmic Compass is an educational and experiential program. Therapeutic insights may arise, but it is not a substitute for therapy.
What’s the time commitment?
For the mid-life reset:
• Three 60-minute sessions
• Optional check-ins
• Replays available if you can’t attend live
The pace is intentionally gentle, perfect for busy mid-life women.
Cosmic Masterplan FAQs
What is the Cosmic Masterplan?
A long-term, guided 7-month journey into your purpose, identity, intuition and mid-life evolution. It blends astrology, embodiment, practical energetics and soulful coaching.
It’s designed to support you through identity shifts, purpose confusion, emotional overwhelm, and the mid-life transitions that change everything.
Who is the Cosmic Masterplan for?
Women in their 30s and 40s who are feeling the pull of change in identity, relationships, purpose, career, confidence or emotional expression.
If you feel like you’re shedding a version of yourself but don’t yet know who you’re becoming… this is for you.
Can I join if I’ve already done Cosmic Compass?
Absolutely. Cosmic Compass is the doorway; Cosmic Masterplan is the full integration.
How much time do I need each month?
Expect around 2–3 hours per month including:
• 1 live monthly call (75–90 minutes)
• a monthly embodiment practice
• optional journal prompts & reflections
• monthly energy overview
It’s intentionally spacious so it fits into real life.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. You can choose:
• Early Bird: $799 pay in full
• Standard: $899 after 25 December
• Payment plan: 3 x $333

When does early bird close?
You can join Cosmic Masterplan right up until our start date on 22 January 2026.
To receive the early bird discount, simply complete your pay-in-full payment by 25 December 2025. After that date, the price returns to the standard rate.
Will the sessions be recorded?
Yes. Every session is recorded and uploaded for you to revisit anytime.
If you can’t attend live, you’ll still receive everything you need.
Do I get 1:1 time with Chrissy?
Yes. Cosmic Masterplan includes:
• one 1:1 deep-dive at the beginning of the journey
• one 1:1 integration session at the end
These anchor the personal transformation work between our group calls.
(You can also book extra 1:1 sessions if needed.)

Cosmic Compass is your reset: a short, powerful mid-life alignment experience.

Will I fall behind?
No. Cosmic Masterplan is designed for mid-life women with full lives, families, businesses and responsibilities.
There’s no “falling behind”. Everything is accessible in your own time, and the work integrates gently month by month.
What if something comes up and I can’t finish the program?
Your materials and replays remain accessible for the full 7 months.
We don’t offer refunds for change of mind, but you can complete the content in your own time.
How is this different from other astrology programs?
Cosmic Masterplan is not information-heavy or overly “woo woo.”

Yes! Many women join from different time zones.
Every session is recorded, and the monthly practices + reflections can be done anytime.
Where do the calls take place?
All sessions are held via Zoom, and uploaded to your private Member Portal.
Yoga, Events & Embodiment
What styles of yoga do you teach?
I teach Restorative, Yin, and Vinyasa Flow, weaving in lunar cycles and planetary transits.
Expect grounding, connection, philosophy and sometimes a little fire in Vinyasa.
I'd like a private group class with my friends, how do I arrange this?
Reach out to me and we can organise a private class just for your group. Whether it's for a special occasion or simply a beautiful way to reconnect with your friends, we can create a session that feels perfect for you all.
Where do you teach?
I’m based in the Surf Coast region of Geelong, VIC (Australia).
I currently teach out of Yoga Farm in Mt Duneed and at Wonder Yoga Geelong. I also run pop-up classes + events around the region from time to time.
Do I need to be experienced?
No experience is required. You’re guided softly into each practice, with plenty of options to support your body, whether you’re a complete beginner or simply finding your way back to movement.
Cancellation
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
For all astrology readings:
• Payment is due at booking
• You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance
• Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable
• If I need to cancel for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund
• Your reading recording is available for 30 days (please download it)
For yoga classes:
• Payment is due at registration
• Cancel more than 24 hours ahead for a credit or refund
• Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable
• Please ensure you’re fit to participate and inform me of any limitations
