Booking Requirements

You must provide your correct name, date of birth, exact birth time (preferably to the minute), and birth location.
Your chart is created based on this information.
Aura & Sage is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect details provided.
 

Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
• If I need to cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Recordings

• Your reading includes an audio recording.
• Recordings must be downloaded within 30 days, after which they are automatically removed for privacy reasons.
• Aura & Sage is not responsible for lost, damaged, or corrupted recordings.
• Recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared, published, or redistributed.

Confidentiality

All information shared in sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

Client Responsibility

You are responsible for attending the session on time and ensuring you have a stable internet connection.
Late arrival will shorten your appointment, as sessions must end at the scheduled time.

The 3-Session Integration Journey

Package Inclusions

• 1 × 90-minute Astrology Reading
• 2 × 45-minute follow-up sessions
• Audio recordings for each session
• Light email support between sessions for brief clarifications
 

Timeframe

All three sessions must be used within 8 weeks of the first session, unless otherwise arranged.

​

Refunds

• Due to discounted pricing, no partial refunds are available once the first session has occurred.
• Missed or expired sessions cannot be refunded, credited or transferred.

​

Rescheduling

Same 24-hour policy as above applies to each session.
Repeated cancellations may result in the package being forfeited.

​

Non-Transferable

This package is for one client only. Sessions cannot be shared or transferred to another person.

​

Between-Session Support 

Email support is limited to brief clarifying questions.
This package does not include ongoing coaching or unlimited messaging.

Mini & Me Readings

Parents booking this session understand that:
• The reading explores themes shown in the natal charts.
• It is not psychological counselling or behavioural therapy.
• You are responsible for your child’s wellbeing and interpretation of advice.
• Sessions are designed for clarity and support (not diagnosis or treatment)

 Yoga, Events & Group Sessions 

This includes:
• Private Group Yoga
• Seasonal Classes
• Workshops
• Full Moon Circles
• Retreats or in-person events

​

Booking & Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

​

Cancellations

• You may cancel with 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable and no credit is issued.
• If the event or class is cancelled by Aura & Sage, you will receive a full refund.

Participation & Safety

By attending, you confirm that:
• You are in suitable physical condition to participate.
• You will notify the facilitator of any injuries, limitations or health conditions.
• You take full responsibility for your own body and wellbeing throughout the session.

Aura & Sage is not liable for injuries sustained during classes, events or workshops.

Age Requirement

Participants must be 16+ unless stated otherwise for specific events.
 

​

Gift Cards

• Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift cards may be used toward any eligible service at the time of booking.

Refunds & No-Shows

All bookings are final.
Refunds are only provided if Aura & Sage cancels the session.
No-shows or missed appointments are non-refundable.
