Oof this one is deeeeeeeep. Full Moon in Scorpio 2nd May bringing the truth, the fears and the transformation

I cannot explain how important this work is in 2026 and heading into 2027 as we experience a collective consciousness upgrade.

This may mean for many of you that you need to adjust the way you do things. It might be in the mundane… the way you brush your teeth, the way you move from room to room.

It may be your exercise regime- because the truth is ,a lot of you exercise the same way you did when you were younger and honestly it just adds stress to the body; rather than getting the benefits you think you’re getting, you’re burning out your adrenals and wreaking havoc on your nervous system system.

But what I notice is a lot of people don’t have enough tools or strategies that they actually USE regularly so they default to what they’ve always known takes off the edge. Believe me, I’ve been there.

For some of you, you need to get off your phone. You need to turn off the constant streaming inwards of information. You need to stop over planning the future.

There’s so much I can say on this. It’s such a passion of mine.

But if I can leave you with one thing to remember: a regulated nervous system does not mean you are calm all the time. Remember that.

Love love love doing things TOGETHER, sharing energy, expanding together, elevating together, raising the vibration together. It is what life is about ❤️‍🔥✨🙌🏼

New Moon in Aries is revealing it all 🔥

I taught a very hot slow flow the other day at my favourite studio in town @wonderyoga.au
and I have to say…

During these times… energetically, when everything is moving incredibly FAST and the heat is on, our nervous systems need practises that sloooowwww us down.

Yet to me, yin and complete stillness right now feels TOO still- like its complete opposite to this fire. So a combination for me is what is feeling true-
Not my usual love and go to, of flipping my body around and breath per movement flow, rather a strong solid heat rising from held shapes, channeled intentional breath and staying steady in the midst of the pressure, in midst of the discomfort.

Remaining in discipline.
Not tapping out as soon as it gets hard, but staying with the body- breathing in safety.

I realised something: my body is DEEPLY craving this.

Vinyasa flow will always be a great love of mine. I also really love yin and gentle flows. And if you know me well, you know I love some HiTT, a good sprint, weights in the gym or Pilates.

But honestly? The SLOW strong flow for me is what is really hitting that gap RN. Feeling it all, not in an igniting explosive way, but in sturdiness and intention.

It’s not backing away from heat or intensity, it’s just a different form. One where my body is held in safety yet can breathe through the discomfort witnessing everything that arises and allowing space to feel it all.

And wow, don’t we need to allow that space.

The Aries dominance right now does not want that space. It is impatient. It is impulsive. It is instantaneous. A firecracker.

But our nervous systems? That’s another story. I can comfortably say after working with thousands in different settings ultimately with their nervous systems, that 99% of us need that space.

And the beauty in that? It’s from that space, that authentic creation ignites 🫶🏼❤️‍🔥
