My self care list is long 😂
✅ projector = sensitive, energy led, feel into things
✅ Pisces water moon = sensitive again 😅
✅ Pisces 6th house = lack boundaries in energy I take on daily and with my routines
✅ cancer mid heaven = sensitive and can over give energy to others through caretaking
…. all that “feeling” easily leads me to burn out. Giving to self is something I’m continuously working on.
Plus I’m a mama of little ones and trying to run a business without use of day cares, and also teach classes 🩷

But for me… it’s always making sure I move - weights, yoga, hiit, walk, Pilates whatever I feel at the time. And it’s definitely a sauna, moisturising my body, self lymphatic massage, guasha, face masks, music on, meditation after that starting with some beautiful restorative yoga shapes and some journaling with oracles or tarot. Specific 😂

Or it’s simply being in nature- a hike or beach visit- can be that simple for me.

There’s a bit to this full moon in my opinion- but if we come back to the rhythm of nature, the rhythm within that Taurus teaches us to honour, we avoid getting overwhelmed by our desires of comfort or safety.
We flow.
We remain present.
We take on challenges one at a time.
And we realise we are far more abundant and worthy than we think.

I love this Full Moon- it’s on my Sun and opposing my natal Pluto in Scorpio (exactly!) 🔥 I’ve been feeling quite a bit of doubt with financial stuff the last couple of days so I know there’s another evolution of this story of me coming through with this lunation.
