Chrissy is a holistic soul-work practitioner who blends astrology, embodiment and intuitive guidance to support women navigating the big shifts of mid-life. Her work is shaped by her own seasons of deep transformation: a Saturn return that dismantled old identities, a divorce that opened a new path, motherhood that reshaped her centre, a career change that redefined purpose and early life wounds that became the doorway to her healing.
