Session 2: 45-minute Follow-Up 2–4 weeks later. Space to process what came up, ask questions, get clarity on decisions and apply your insights to real life. We also revisit your chart and timings where required. Session 3: 45-minute Integration Session End of month 2. We revisit your themes, track your progress, integrate what’s shifted and map your next steps.
