The 3-Session Integration Journey gives you the grounding clarity and ongoing guidance to move through life seasons with confidence and emotional steadiness, not urgency or confusion. Session 2: 45-60minute Follow-Up 2–4 weeks later Space to process what came up, ask questions, get clarity on decisions and apply your insights to real life. We also revisit your chart and timings where required. Session 3: 45-60 minute Integration Session End of month 2. We revisit your themes, track your progress, integrate what’s shifted and map your next steps.
